I've had a _huge_ amount of problem with my system the last three, four months
I run ZFSOnLinux (latest git master) and previously, there's always something that pointed
to ZoL having problem.
But the other day, when I issued a disk replace, the kernel started crashing (as in, every time
I try to import the pool) without any references to ZoL. So I'm starting to wonder if maybe
mvsas/libsas is to "blame"
The kernel is (currently) 3.17.1 (config included), no extra patches etc.. File
"kernel_stack_mvsas.txt" is the kernel stack trace from the last one.
Also, maybe related, every time I yank a disk from the enclosure (I have six Chieftec SNT-2131SATA
enclosures which have 6xST3000DM001, 8xST31500341AS and 1xST1500DL003), I get what's in file
"kernel_stack-yank.txt". This doesn't seem to be "dangerous" (everything seems to work just
fine even after that), but it can't be good ?
Also, grasping for straws, I was wondering what Task Collector Mode is and if it's something
I maybe should use?
